What Is The Dress Code Need to Be Followed
Dress Code is considered to be the most importat in the ram mandir meanwhile the trust is very strict on the dress code of the pilgrims and also of the visitors/toruisters.
The traditional attire is eligible for the dress code in the ram mandir, and they are like for women and men
- Men: Kurta-pajama, dhoti-kurta, or similar traditional Indian clothing. Shirts and trousers are acceptable if modest clothes which are included like shorts, ripped jeans or tight-fitting clothes are not allowed inside the temple.
- Women: Sarees, salwar-kameez, lehengas or other traditional Indian attire that covers shoulders, midriff, and legs are acceptable to wear. Avoiding is neccessary when coming to short dresses, skirts, or revealing clothing.
- General: Clothing should not have offensive or distracting designs, logos, or text when you are entering into the sanctum. Headscarves or dupattas are recommended for women to cover their heads during Darshan or Seva though it is not mandatory but when the preist they must follow the rule.
- Footwear: Shoes must be removed before entering the temple in thdesignated areas which are provided for storage.
